Intention
Hi! I'm Stefanie. I am a mother, a healer, a creator and a friend. I have two kids and live in Los Angeles. I've been a lactation specialist and postpartum doula for the last 10 years and there is no way to put into words how much I love walking this path with the many families I have had the honor of walking beside.
For centuries, we relied on our mothers and aunts, our wise women, to guide us through the labyrinth between maidenhood and motherhood. Each pathway is unique, as it has always been.
Through my years in the birth world, I have gathered a variety of skill sets to support you in whatever way best suits your needs and the needs of your family. That can look like lactation support, nourishing foods, community resources, and/ or a listening ear. What I offer universally is my presence and reverence for your experience with the goal in mind of helping you find your own way - confidently, empowered, resourced!
